SET UP YOUR ENVIRONMENT FOR SUCCESS

Take some time to make sure your environment is set up to help you succeed. Maybe you need to remove snacks you're trying to avoid, or clean out your fridge so there's room for your cleanse. You should feel excited and proud when you open the fridge door!

GET FAMILIAR WITH YOUR KIT

Each item in your cleanse kit is numbered to make it as easy as possible for you to follow. While we suggest a recommended order, YOU are in charge here. You can consume in whatever order you want! Listen to your body!

DRINK A LOT OF WATER

Even though you'll be drinking juice, your body still needs water to help flush out all those toxins. Make sure you drink as much as you can throughout the day. Feel free to add lemon to your water if you want to!

REST AS MUCH AS YOU CAN

Let your body do it's thing! To cleanse and heal your body needs sleep! Try to sleep at least 7-8 hours a night so your body can repair and recover.

    You'll consume 3 juices, 1 nut mylk and 2 soups each day + water.

    This a great option if you're worried about feeling hungry on a juice cleanse. You'll flood your body with nutrients, and since everything is liquid or puree, you're still giving your digestive system a break. However, many people find that the added fibre from soups helps to satisfy their hunger.

    The soups also allow for 2 warm meals that can be eaten with a soup, making you feel like you're eating instead of only drinking.

    WHOLE FOOD CLEANSE

    A whole food cleanse includes cold-pressed juice, blended soups, fresh salads, healthy snacks and nut mylk.

    You'll consume 3 juices, 1 soup, 1 salad, 1 snack and 1 milk each day + water.

    This a great option if you want to reset after over-indulging, or if you want to gently cleanse your body without restricting yourself.

    This plant-based cleanse is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free.

  • We recommend drinking lots of water, and adding in herbal tea or green tea if you want a warm drink.

    We recommend cutting out coffee for the duration of your cleanse, but if the thought of giving up coffee is making you anxious, feel free to enjoy a small cup of black coffee (or coffee with our ivory nut mylk added).

  • If you've consumed everything in your cleanse kit and you're still hungry, ask yourself these questions before you reach for more food:

    Have I given my body what it needs to thrive today?
    Am I hungry or bored?
    Is my body hungry or conditioned to want food at certain times of the day?

    If you are still hungry, try warming up some high quality bone or vegetable broth and see if that helps to satisfy your hunger.

  • For some people, the process to flush out toxins and build up can sometimes feel a little uncomfortable. Depending on the level of toxins your body is eliminating, you may feel tired, a little irritable, or even have a headache or minor nausea. These are normal detox symptoms that should pass in a day or two.
